I'm in the market for a good HT speaker system with price range of $1000-$1500. I've read about good reviews on Energy Encore system. Any good or bad experience about encore system. Any other comparable system out there?

can be had for the upper end of your range. A great sub/sat system, I would spend an extra hundred or so and get the PF15TL+ sub, instead of the Pro Sub 200, well worth the extra $$$$.

I would also look at a setup consisting of the PSB Image 4T, 8C, and 1B, and maybe the Subsonic 6, this will also be a great setup, and will fit nicely in your budget.

A nice Paradigm Monitor package would be yet another option.

Lots of options, I personally like the 3 mentioned above.

Good luck.
