How do you find the sensitivity of a specker in dB?Question
Mar 8, 2001 7:23 AM
I have been reading about home theater systems and one of the chapters
stated something about sensitivitly of a specker. I went down to one of the audio stores and ask for information about the sensitivityly of their speckers. All they could tell me is the amout of watts per unit. Is there a web sight that offers informtion on speckers, rated by there sensitivity? Any help will be great.

measurement usuasally taken at one meter from speaker. Most speakers are rated between 80 and 100 db.

Almost all manufactures list their speakers sensitivity.

Which speaker (s) are you wondering about?
