I would say yes. The 3801 is rated at 105 wpc at 8 ohms.

The Sonus Fabers are VERY good speakers. Whilst the denon is a decent receiver, it is only a reciever.

I am not trying to a little audiophile snob or anything like that (thats at AA), but the very average cdp in my setup, an NAD 540 is shown up very easily by my nOrh 7.0's. The 7.0's and the SF's use the same series of drivers. My amp is a cyrus 3, which is significantly superior to the 3801 for music. It is a decent amp, but the 7.0's do have a habit of showing up any weaknesses you have.

I also own a denon AVC-A1D (essentially a non receiver version of the 5700), so I am not anti all-in-one deals...

The 3801 will have neough power, but I would see about a home demo.

The SF's are very good speakers, but make sure they are correct for your situation is all I am trying to say.
