Basically I want to to know if they are a reliable speaker, and if they are a well made speaker. And if anyone wants to throw in their opinion on how they sound, I would welcome that info also. Some of their more expensive stuff is as good as you are going to find from your typical Circuit City or Best Buy stores. I actually found the ARS300 and ARS500 subs to be pretty decent... Now, with that said, I would also look into brands like PSB, Definitive Technology, Energy, Mirage and Atlantic Technology before buying the ARs... You will have to go outside your typical mass market store to find these brands, but I think it is worth the time investment. Also, ordering from direct to consumer companies like Legacy, ACI and Edge Audio can give you superior returns for your money when compared to speakers bought from typical audio stores... ---Dave |

The use some good components such as titanium tweeters and amps made by Sunfire in some of their subs and powered towers. I would say they are as reliable and well made as Paradigm/Energy/Mission type of speaker. |
