Apr 23, 2001 1:32 PM | | Is it better to connect my Paradigm PDR-12 subwoofer with a RCA Y-cable from the amp's subwoofer pre-out to the sub's LFE input or to use monster cable for speaker level input? Or is it fine to just use a normal RCA cable from the right (mono) pre-out? Any suggestions for a good subwoofer connect? Thanks. |

Apr 24, 2001 5:54 PM | | Depends on your reciever/processor and how you have the bass managment set up. I used the LFE out from the processor to my sub's line level input using a Monster Y connector. The Y will boost the signal 6db instead of just hooking it up to either the left or right line level in. |
