Apr 24, 2001 11:42 AM | | Anyone has a Genesis 900 sub? I purchased one in 1998 and had a problem with the amplifier. The warranty was for 5 years so I sent it in for repairs in May, 1999. After a lot of headaches and frustration I've managed to get my amp back yesterday. To my surprise, the amp they sent back has the exact same problem as it did a year ago.
I've waited almost a year for nothing. This sucks. Genesis sucks. I'm through dealing with them. The sub is a waste of money in my opinion if Genesis cannot honor their warranties. Anyone has similiar problems??
