several years ago I auditioned Amrita speakers. I cannot remeber what model, but they sounded great but were a bit out of my price range. About a year later I found out that the company went out of business. All I know is that they featured a compounded driver instead of bipolar and were made in Kansas. If anyone has information where I could learn more about this speaker or where I could still pick up a pair I woud appreciate it!

Thanks

Good Lord! Someone HAS heard of Amrita speakers! I have posted here a couple of times looking for anyone who knew anything about these and got three kinds of nothing as a result.

Sadly, I have no real info for you. My brother bought a pair of them quite some time ago from a place called AudioMart in Kansas City. He likes them quite a bit, but has been somewhat saddened at the fact that these speakers that he spent all this money on seem to have disappeared from the face of the earth!

Like I said, it's been at least ten years (maybe more) since he got them, so I'd be surprised if anyone at the store would remember (that's why I haven't asked there yet).

Post if you find anything!
