Any one have any suggestion no what make/model of speakers and receiver?

Wish list:

For 5k, you have a plethora of options. Those are both good receivers, but for 5k you may want to consider going into separates. If it were my 5k, I'd probably stick with a good AVR, and budget as much as possible for speakers. Here's a few options I would consider:

Reciever: Denon 3802 (1200)
Speakers
Mains: ACI Sapphires
Center & Surrounds ACI Emeralds (you'd need 5 of them, 1 center
and 4 surrounds for 6 and 7.1 capability)
Sub
ACI Titan

This would be close to 5k

There are a lot of other things you can do. Audition as much as you can. Other speakers to consider: Energy (esp. the Veritas line), Norh (www.norh.com), B&W, Swan Diva (www.av123.com), Paradigm (esp. the Reference line), others. Receivers to consider: Denon, Marantz, Sony (ES series), Yamaha.

My advice is this: you could save yourself some cash by considering the Denon 4800 instead of the 5800. I found that I didn't need the 5800 because a lot of what it had going for it were frills that I probably wouldn't be using anyway.

You could also get a complete set of B&W CDM's for that money in addition to the Denon 4800, if you are willing to put off the sub purchase for a little while. Here's a suggestion: B&W CDM 7NT's for your mains, a CDM CNT as the center and a pair of CDM 1NT's for your surrounds. This would be a sweet sounding speaker package, IMO.

This, of course, is if you'd be willing to put off the sub purchase for a little while. All the above comes to about $5000 - $5200 or so. You could get the above set-up then save up a little and head over to www.svsubwoofers.com and get yourself a VERY reasonably priced set of dual subwoofers. I think a dual package of their 20-39CS with a Samson 700 amp runs in the neighborhood of $1500.

Of course, this is all IMO. Buy what sounds good to you. Good luck and happy listening!

The dual 20-39CS + amp runs around $1,289 or so. But other than that I like your suggestion. :)
