Amen to that, Phil! I had an out of town friend purchase a pair of M3Ti for me the other week (finding these astounging bookshelf speakers in Toronto, of all places, was a bear!!), and one of them was unfortunately dinged on the side, right out of the box. As the dealer hadn't any more in stock (though he was happy to order a pair for me), and I was out of town, I put my faith in Axiom's customer service, and elected to rectify this matter with them directly. I spoke to the same gal you cite in your post; all she needed, she said, was my address. Two days later, Purolator was at my door picking up the dented pair, and CanPar delivered a perfect replacement pair the following day. Great service, and at no additional cost to me. Anybody on the fence about trying Axiom speakers really has nothing to lose, given their 30 day, money-back guarantee. I'm beginning to believe that Axiom may be Canada's best-kept secret in loudspeakers. Phil, got any experience with any other current Axiom models? Cheers!

Dave.

unfortunatly dave i dont have any exp, with the newer models,as the dealer in this town[sault, ste marie. ontario],has unfortunatly gone with a chain store now ,so he basicly gets what is sent.mine in the early 90,s were there best.now to stir up a hornets nest!a friend of mine has a simalar set of b&w speakers[price wise,1400.00] and my ref monitors blow them away in all respects, shure there are better, but for the price you get incredible value for your money.i think our us. friends will be hearing a lot from this company in the future, and im sure with all prejudices aside will be happy to have such a fine speaker company competing in there market, cheers everybody!p.s.im not putting down b&w ,im just stating a personel comparison. regards to everybody
