Paradigm questionTM

I plan on buying studio speakers for my front three in a 6.1 HT setup. For the surrounds I have to go much less expensive. Will atoms or titans sound good with the studios? What about while listening to music in five or seven channel stereo? Do bookshelfs produce better sound than inwall? I can live with them surface mounted if so, otherwise I'll start cutting some holes.
Yes.......BK

the Atoms and Titans will do the job in the rear, even with the Studio's, imho. I currently use the CDM's across my front 3, with the DM'S (1 level down) in the rears. I do alot of 5 channel stereo and they blend quite nicely.

Besides the Titans are a great speaker, especially in their price range! If you're that concerned, maybe you could have the store set it up with the Studio's in the front, and the Titans in the rear, and do the 5 channel stereo.......

Good luck

Atoms or Titans should do fine, but there are some really good in-walls available these days if you want to go that route. Email me, I will try to help you out.
