Nov 29, 2001 3:20 PM | | I have a Denon AVR 2801 Receiver and a Velodyne CT-100 sub. I am debating between The new Energy 5.2 speaker package or Paradigms Mini Monitors as Mains, Atoms for rears, CC370 center. What is the better speaker system. Need some help in making the descision.

Nov 29, 2001 5:41 PM | | I have to completely agree with the previous post, the mins are amazing. I've been using 4 of them with a cc370 as a center, and they are just amazing. Every upgrade i've done later showed me more of what these speakers can do. For stereo music, i'm using the fronts with a Naim Nap 160 and a Nac 92 preamp with a CD 3.5, they're just awsome!!!!!!

Nov 29, 2001 9:44 PM | | Well I cannot comment on the Paradigm speakers but what I can tell you is that the Energy Take 5.2 speaker system is fantastic. I have my pic posted on the "my system" site under MY HT EH. These speakers sound wonderful I have them hooked up to a Dennon 1801. DVD kicks ass and for CDs these speakers dont miss a beat. I like the size of these things, you cannot believe that all that sounds comes out them I also have the sub too. If you buy them, you will not be dissapointed.
