Best amp (I will buy used if it can get me a better amp) for 400-650$ for dynaudio 50/52s? Some I'm considering now - Jolida integrated 1501, used creek, NAD 300 models, antique sound labs?, Arcam A75,85?, rotel maybe. I don't have the capital for the likes of BK's Rotel RMB1095 (stupid college loans). Also, any cd player recommendations to compliment the demanding Danes and match the amp?

Why not ask instead, "Is in not as though Adam functions without any intellegence?" He has a stupid last name, Kmiec. What kind of name is that? A dumb one. He should call himself Adam Ant, or Adam Flea, or even Adam Earth Worm. Whatever you call him, we all know he's a dumb a** hole. Ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha

are you looking at a 2 channel amp? My Rotel is 5 channels. Plenty of excellent 2 channel amps out there that won't break the bank.

I have had great luck in matching Dynaudio with Rotel, it is a sweet, sweet combo. Rotel does offer some very nice 2 channel amps under $1000.

The Danes aren't as demanding as you would think. Although they are a 4 ohm load, it's a pretty linear 4 ohms, and isn't as power hungry as you might think. They are relatively sensitive as well. The Danes aren't the type of speaker that you want to crank up at insane volumes. Oh they can do it, but they (unlike alot of speaks I've listened to) sound so sweet at modest volumes, that you don't need to crank em up. The mids just ooze out of these speaks.

That being said, no doubt they do benefit from some good power, but you could easily find something nice in your price range to drive em with. The 52's are sweet indeed. A steal at their price point, imho.

I would check Audiogon, and ofcourse Ebay.

Good luck with the Danes. Did you purchase them yet? Let us know what you think once you're up and running. You're going to love them.
