|   preamp, amp and subwoofer | Jungle

As component I have:
- Parasound P/HP-850 preamp
- Two Marantz MA-500 monoblock amps (125 Watts each)
My preamp does not have a subwoofer output. The outputs available are what they call Normal Line out and Direct Line out. Now I want to know if it is possible to connect a subwoofer to my system and how can I do it? In the perspective that it is possible to connect a sub, is inpedence will be affected and is overall sound quality will be affected?
I need to know this because I plan to buy some Paradigm Studio 40 in which I found a wonderful soundstage and imaging but for the kind of music I usually listen (Rock, Dance, Jazz, Accoustic stuff) I like having more bass.
