| Buying Paradigm in Canada | Tom Libs Apr 2, 2002 1:11 PM | | Can anyone recommend a Paradigm dealer in the Montreal area preferably closer to the US border. I have checked Paradigm's web site but I was hoping that some of my friends north of the border could make a recommendation. Also any advice you can give me on going up their to purchase speakers would be appreciated. Thanks |

This is a link to a moderate sized franchise operation in eastern Canada that I know to sell full line of Paradigm products. Your $$ will go far here and you can apply at the border to have 7% national sales tax refunded leaving you to pay for only provincial tax(7-8% I believe in Quebec.) Free trade makes the entire lineup of Paradigms speakers duty free on return to the U.S.
Good Luck |

Inventory has never been a problem with any of my dealings at Stereoplus but just to be sure you didnt waste a trip. There are lots of stores in the area and they may even share stock so chances are pretty good they'll find what you need nearby. |
