i saw the post below on cats and was just wondering if ther are any special things a hamster owner should think about before buying speakers. I guess I should go sealed rather than ported. I'd hate to have the little guy crawl in there. anything else?

Could someone explain the Richard Gere - gerbil connection ... I just fell off the turnip truck and seem to have missed this urban legend.

Richard Gree.. Uh Richard Gere, was allegedly involved in some sort of kinky sex encounter that involved playing hide the gerbil. Supposedly Richard chose to hide the little critter up his backside and it got stuck. Terminix couldn't get it out so he had to go to the emergengy room. This story is about as plausible as a bigfoot encounter so I'll let others determine its authenticity.
