I was thinking about getting two pairs of Wharfedale Diamond 8.1s and the center, but I'd like to know if there are any other good speakers in this range. I'm also open to assembling my own. They are magnetically shielded and many people use one as their center channel. You can get 5 for $585. You may also look at Paradigm and their performance series (Atom's or Micro's) but the NHT's are better-IMO. |

I'm fine with slapping a few drivers into their holes, and putting in a few crossovers, so is there any problem with going with the Daytons? |
