Welcome to Manhattan!
Here is a few which should get you started.
Lyric-Upper East Side @ 83rd & Lex: Classe, Levinson, Rotel, Proceed, Revel, Dynaudio, Monitor Audio, Burmester, B&W, Magnepan and a few others.
Innovative-Midtown, directly across the south side of Bloomingdales. Sonus Faber, Dynaudio, Wilson, B&W, Thiel, Arcam, Creek, Linn, Spectral, BAT, McIntosh & others.
Sound by Singer-Union Square area. Cary, CJ, Arcam, Krell, NAD, Musical Fidelity, Audio Physic, JMLab, Vandersteen, Pipe dreams, Acoustic Energy, Meadowlark and then some.
There are others but these should keep you busy for at least a weekend. BTW, if you have an interest in specific combinations, it's a good idea to give them a shout beforehand.
