|   JBL studio-series hooked up to a Sony STR-DB940 Receiver??? | Andy

I think of buying the Sony STR-DB940 AV-Receiver (please all of you hating Sony products don't shout at me, please, PLEASE!!) which I heard has a bit a cold sound and want to hook up speakers from the JBL studio-series (S38 for fronts, S-center and S36 for rears). I read that these speakers don't sound very warm too, but have an incredible soundstage. So is this combination a good idea (for home theater and music) or should I buy other stuff. Does anybody have this combination at home??
