When I turn down the volume to zero there still coming some music out of my speakers !

On my preamp if I turn the volume down all the way a slight amount of sound still comes out of the speakers (must be within 3 feet of speakers and room must be quiet to hear though). To me it doesn't seem to strange, but I can't help you out all that much since I don't own a NAD C370.
