My understanding is Denon will also release DPL II equiped models but have no info on the release dates (a call to Denon may be a good idea). Onkyo apparently has at least one DPL II equiped model currently available.
You might check http://www.dolby.com which has info on so equiped receivers release dates.
I suspect that most if not all major manufacturers will have DPL II equiped receivers on the market by late fall (Xmas shopping season).
BTW, you might also check forums such as http://www.avscience.com and http://www.hometheaterforum.com which have had quite a bit of discussion on this.
