I am not sure how much the sr14ex costs, I have priced the seperates but even if it was a few hundred more and even had a few less goodies I'd still take the seperates. Easier to upgrade if you so choose to in the future and far more flexible. I personally think there is sonic improvement to be had but this is debateable. All in all if you can afford the seperates you cannot loose but choosing this option.
(Notice I didn't go into all the nitty gritty like shared powersupplies and other compromises of integrated components.) |
