| oops!there goes $400 | wooferman Dec 26, 2001 9:47 PM | | i bought the "sansui SHT-10" model of small 5.1 hometheatre speakers and a 50 watt subwoofer with a built in amp.
I hooked it up to my dvd through coaxal and then when i tried it was no sound. It just needed another wire or something wasnt in right.
Then came my dad which started to fiddle with switches and changed the 240v to 150v.I heard a pop and we both knew that our amp was blown. What a nice way to stuff you up. Why wouldnt they have locks or something or at least a warning . If i was watching dvd with it on and my little baby sister came up behind it and changed it that would blow it too.People say i must solder the transisitor or resistor or whatever but i believe it is notmy fault |
