Sub Front and Rear???DanielM

Is there anything to be gained by having a subwoofer in the front and rear. I have recently invested in front speakers with a built in sub. So I believe that leaves me with an extra sub. I can use it for another system OR I can perhaps wire it with my rear surround speakers. I am imagining that this would sound pretty cool. I also have an extra center channel. Is there anything I can do to get that center channel in the rear (no pun intended). Please let me know your thoughts.

If you run the sub in the rear using the speaker-level connections, you'll be able to run your rears as full-range speakers (I assume you're not already doing that). As far as the center channel in the rear goes, you'll need to upgrade to a 6.1 or 7.1 system to use it.
