| EV Wireless Microphones RE2 Series | amicman Oct 20, 2003 12:09 PM | | Has anyone had any experience with these? The guys at proaudiosuperstore.com seem to like them and they have been in business forever but I would like to hear from a real user if possible. Good price; UHF, lots of channels, 2 year warranty. |

Unless they have put out a lower line of products, which could be entirely possible, Electro-Voice was always the real stuff. For those who wanted to go beyond Peavey and that kind of more affordable stuff. They were the first ones to introduce us to Neodymnium mics. We nicknamed them "the voice of God" because they were so awesome. EV always represented high quality products, I think you'd be safe to buy the mic.
Just as a side note, no extra charge, we experimented using EV drivers in car audio systems. Talking about hearing a car for blocks. The kids loved it. A guy who had one of those monster trucks with a dumper bed had our installers built a box in the dumper and put a bunch of EV 15's in it. That thing could shake the ground. |
