I am in the process of doing a software upgrade on my RSP 1066. I've followed the instructions and was able to get the main menu where you enter 1 to erase the memory and upload the upgrade. Unfortunately, when I enter 1, it does not do anything no messages what so ever. I waited for 10 minutes and it just sits there doing nothing. Can anyone help me with this?

Oct 25, 2003 6:48 PM | | Thanks Mike for the info...I already fixed the problem anyways. I made a mistake reading the pin assignment that led to wrong tx and rx connections from RJ45 to DB9. BTW, how do you like the unit?
