What are the Litz stranded cables/wires?

Wire strands are individually insulated from each other, reduces inductance but increases capacitance that some amps are allergic to.
While decreasing the inductance is a good idea from a measurement standpoint, it has not been shown to be audibley different.

All strands in a wire are the same polarity,
how can the wire capacitance increase?
Please explain a little bit about the Litz structure wires.
Thanks
