I found the IXOS Silver Series 2M Crystal Connect for $17.50. How much of an "upgrade" would this purchase be, and would it be worthwhile for the sound difference? |

The only problem I could see happening is if your run was so long that the noise overcame the signal and your receiver couldn't pick it out. But there again it wouldn't degrade the signal, you just would get the signal at all. Besides, the cable would have to be so long it would be silly. |

Unless your RadioShack cable is either somehow damaged, or is a mile long, there will be no sound difference. |
