Since saturday, I have the chance to try new interconnects for my 2 Quad systems. It is a 4 din to 4 din and a 5 din to 5 din and they are made in Montreal...
I am used to Chord but I always feel that my Quad could sound more "open" and "sharp" than it was.
After recommandations from the dealer, I tried the new "Macaque hi-fi" cables and after only 2 minutes,I felt in love again with my Quads. The sound is more clean, more detailed, rich and still very musical. You can be sure that I will change all my cables very soon. The guy there told me that the company "Macaque hi-fi" makes power cords and a cleaner anti-dust+static free for electonics...
RCA interconnects are coming soon too!
(They make Din to RCA for earlier versions ffrom Quad) :)
You will love these cables...
I didn't know that cables could make such a big difference!

You should read: "Macaque hi-fi" (They make cables Din to RCA for LATER versions from Quad) :)
