Anyone familiar with remastering guru Steve Hoffman's "Grover" interconnects? A friend on another forum sent me these silver cables that he favorably compared to his [5x cost] reference cables. We share similiar systems - Hi-Efficiency/SET - and since he offered I said "sure, send'em". Another administrator on "my forum" asked me to check out his DIY silver cables and I coordinated the audition so both would arrive together. I've been casually listening to both for the last 8 weeks and found the "Grover" cables to be the most expressive cables I've sampled in a long time. Very nice upgrade from my reference cables which are copper and [sigh] more expensive. There wasn't much info on them in other forums so I thought I'd post here [silly me]. I've definately fallen off the cable bandwagon lately, so it was refreshing to actually hear something worth getting excited about. Hope the world is treating all of you good people well.
