Anyone seen the film "MOLLY", an AUTISTIC person?Charlie Babbitt

This is a good movie to see with a loved one. It is a moving portrayal of an Autistic woman, who is cared for by her loving brother, and the joys and sorrows that such a child/sibling can bring to a family. I should know... my younger brother is an Autistic man in his 30's, who often acts like a young teen. We have a lot of mentally challenged people here in America, and they are all wonderful, loving, and have many varied needs. It is too bad that we pay short shrift to these individuals as a society, and often tease and shun them, for the most part. Mental Illness/challenges are a very REAL and PERVASIVE, widespread reality, and we need to embrace these people moreso, and provide centers that can truly care for them and approach meeting their needs. My ranting for the day is over!

I thought it was a pretty good movie. I did like the way they portrayed the brother/sister relationship.

Did you know that the brother in that movie is Aaron Eckhart - also seen as the biker boyfriend in Erin Brockovich??

I liked your reference to Rain Man! Very clever.
