I've rented a lot of Mangas on VHS and I want to buy some on DVD. Do you have any suggestion on some who are in english with at least DD5.1 (and a good story ;-). And where do you buy them?

Ninja Scroll... I think that it's in DD. Even if it isn't, that movie rocks!! Also, if you don't care about 5.1, you could watch Cowboy Bebop, Akira, Neon Genesis Evangelion, etc. Avoid DBZ at all costs though.
Lots of good choicesGrendelZ

Try any of the following

Ninja Scroll
Vampire Hunter D
Trigun
Fist of the North Star
Princess Mononoke
Im not sure that Akira is out on DVD but if so its a classic
Battle Angel

There are lots of others but I cant think right now,Try a website called Sputnik7.com sometimes they let you watch whole films.
Hope this helps.
Not a fan of Princess Mononoke...Josh Studrawa

I was expecting more action I guess. And way pissed that they killed all the damn forest creatures.

Akira is on Ebay on DVD, but the local shop that deals anime says it hasn't been made yet, so skeptical.

Ghost in the Shell was decent though with more than it's fair share of nakedness.

Anyone seen M.D. Geist on DVD?
