Aug 27, 2003 1:34 PM | | Watched it last night with the wife and we were both totally blown away by the animation and the depth of story. It was like a Japanese version of "Alice in Wonderland meets the Wizard of Oz". I wouldn't want to show it to a young child, as some of the story and animations could cause nightmares, but what a great and refreshing animated film. So much better and deeper than the Disney and Pixar fluff we've been getting....
