Does anybody in the Sacramento,CA area own a SV subwoofer, preferably a 20-39CS? This sub seems to have received glowing reviews all over the place (including several here at audioreview.com), though I am a little hesitant to purchase without an audition. So, I'm looking to trade a quick audition for a six-pack/bottle of your beverage of choice.
Even if you don't live nearby, I'd like to hear your thoughts on SV subwoofers. I'm looking for a sub for a system that's used approximately 65% for music, 35% for home theatre. I enjoy a wide variety of music types, though recently I've been on a techno/electronica kick, so I expect the sub to get a good workout even in the music department. Currently I'm in an apartment, so I'll get to know my neighbors well, but I expect to move into a larger residence before I upgrade my audio gear.
The rest of my system includes a Denon 3300 receiver, Paradigm Reference Studio 60 v.2 fronts, Paradigm Reference Studio CC, and old Infinity RS3 surrounds.
