Adam talks about the XV-S65GD and compares it with the
XV-D723GD.
Am wondering if the XV-S60BK is the same as the XV-S65GD ?
The XV-S60BK (black) features:
. DD, DTS
. MP3, CD R, CD RW
. Progressive scan.
Its retailing for $250. Can't seem to fins any references to
this model in JVC's site, reviews or the forums.
I have the XV-D723GD and am particularly not interested in the
1.0 version of DVD-A.

It is the black version of the JVC S75GD. Thi player os amazing. I haven't had a chance to play with it first hand but these are basics: Progressive scan, 192khz dacs (S65GD has 96khz ones), MP3 playback, DVD Audio, and CD-R and CD-RW playback. All that for under 300.00 you can't ask for more. |
