Is there any device, piece of equipment that will enhance the picture quality of my TV?Is there anything out that will raise the black level and contrast of my TV without line doubling?Has anyone ever seen the digitech video enhancer in action?Thank you H.S.
What TV is it?Josh Studrawa

There may be settings you are unaware of. Give us the model number for starters.

Nope, haven't seen a video enhancer before. Sounds gimmicky for some reason. Btw, the breast enhancer pills are a gimmick as well. Seems like "enhancer" may be the label on gimmicks. Kidding, but haven't seen the video one.

I believe this is a con of Plasma Displays. You can get external components, like a DVD player, to pass an enhanced black signal, but you are still limited to the display capabilities of your monitor. Unfortuately, Plasma displays have a disadvantage over CRTs in that they are unable to really display true black, which also limits the overall color saturation.
