Aug 13, 2001 7:02 AM | | I'm trying to program the remote to operate my other components. The manual says to look at the enclosed list of codes for various manufacturers. There IS no list. Does anyone have em ? Where do I get em from ? Doing an autosearch is very time consuming.
The manual also says you can customize settings for different modes. I adjusted all the channels using an SPL meter using setup. Then for 5 Channel stereo I disabled the center channel and also lowered the surround levels. I find this setting is now true for DD and DTS as well. So whats this about customizing then ?
I must say HK are way ahead of Denon when it comes to remotes and settings.
The Denon sound is good though a little boring at times. "Muted" as some one had suggested in a different post. |

These are generic codes that work in all remotes. Comparing the 3 remotes that came with codes, they are listed the same.
QUESTION: The 0503 code for Toshiba DVD players is not accepted by my Radio Shack 1994! Anyone have any other codes I may try? |
