|   Whats the best AVR for 500 bucks? | KCID

Looking at the Harman Kardon 310 or the Onkyo 595. I've heard good things about both. One of the main things I'm looking for is reliability, reliability. Of course I want good sound too.

Oh, and read some more reviews of the Promedia's this weekend. Damn, they sound badass. I've got to upgrade to the Athlon 1.2 as well as new speaks, so I can't justify the total amount. Hoping the Cambridge Soundworks FPS2000 satisfy. |

Too many parts to upgrade, HT took precedence last year, so my PC gets this year. |

Aug 13, 2001 12:37 PM | | I'd say the Onkyo 595. And it's not even $500, more like $359 and J&R Music World. Usually very reliable too. I would consider the 1802 as well, and the HK310, and then decide amongst thosw which you like best. |
