wonderful site, just discovered it,
my question is the following: got a new Toshiba 61HX70 and a new set top sat box with HDTV now in the tv's menu there is a 1080i on/off
well do I leave it on even if it is non hdtv signal? (will be plugged with component video cables) or I have to switch it off every time I get off the only 3 HDTV chennels and watch normal channels
if any one could answer this, it would be great cause I live in the sticks and sales persons here (who sold me the stuff) haven't any knowlage or clue about this yet,
