Difference between Toshiba SD4700 and SD5700?swrdsprjct

I know that One costs about $100 more than the other, but why?
They both have the same specs pretty much at the Toshiba page.
What might one have have that other doesn't in order to make it
cost so much more?
If it is a picture issue than I would go for it, but if it is
purly a DVD-A issue than I don't care.

Does anyone know anything about these players?

I believe the only difference is the 5700 has HDCD processing for CD audio which is supposed to enhance the sound quality.
