I can get a really good close-out deal on the 807, but if the 809 has better features, I'd rather go with that. Is there an improvemnet on the picture formats (i.e. stretched, zoom, expand, etc.) Thanks, as I cannot get my hands on an 809 floor demo. |

Oct 10, 2001 4:34 AM | | 1) I needed a bigger set. I changed the arrangement of my HT setup and although the 46" looked big when I first bought it, I soon found that I needed MUCH bigger, so I got the 65819 at a brick & mortar store for $2900.
2) the 46" is PLAGUED with geometry problems......I was never happy with it, even after repeated service menue tweeking by a mits tech as well as an isf tech. I hav eno such issues with the 65" straight out of the box!
Unless you have size restraints that require you to get the 46" I suggest you get as big a set as you can......the prices are not much more IF you can haggle with the sales rep!
