| Best Progressive DVD Player W/MP3, CD-R | Scoylesays Nov 28, 2001 4:01 PM | | I am looking for the best Progressive DVD player for playing MP3's and CD-R/RW, this DVD player will double as my primary CD Player so I'm looking for a DVD player with the best audio capabilities as I like my music LOUD with out having to use DVD-Audio or SACD. Video quality is of course a plus. Looking to pay about $500 dollars or less. So need the best bang for the buck :). Build quality is also a plus, I had a Toshiba SD-3109 before and it broke down in less than a year! I've read great reviews on the Panasonic RP56/91, Pioneer Elite DV-37, Toshiba SD-4700/5700. Any other models I should look at? |

The RP-91 is also a great piece, but since you don't want DVD-Audio don't bother. I just bought the RP-56 and I love it. For around $200.00, you can't go wrong. Hope this was of some help. |
