Convergence problems?? Help!willyburz
Jan 10, 2002 12:35 PM
Girlfriend just got a 27 inch Tosh flat screen. Now I don't really see a problem, but when I ran the thx optimode video settings, the box that you see to show you if your in the correct 16:9 or 4:3 mode. Well the box was not straightup and down virticle on the left virticle side of the box, it was a little wavy. What's the problem? Whats the fix? The only time I really notice it if there is a virticle line on the left side once in awhile, while watching something. HELP! It's not really terrible, just annoys my concience but still need help!!
The sets geometry is a little off. Probably nothing you can do.Dp Doc

You might want to see if you can run the same test on a store unit. If it is clean, then get toshiba to adjust the sets geometry. Also make sure there are no outside influences like a speaker, electric clock, anything with a magnet or electromagnet real near the set.
Cool, it has a geometry adjustment on it!!!!!willyburz
