Nick "Receiver: Onkyo 898 (At least for now!) "
Me: Settle down. What is the issue? Are you going to mow the dealers yard all summer for the upgrade? :)
A question for you. While watching tv using pl2 do you ever have funky intermittent distortion in the sides and rears?
Beerme1....nick4433
Feb 5, 2002 7:12 AM
No, no such noises while watching in DPL-II. That is a new one to me.
As far as settling down goes, you are right. However, my situation with my dealer is different. I also offer him consulting and thus everytime I put in more work for him, he pays me some money in cash and some by way of an upgrade. This works out for both.

how do you like 'em? I am thinking of my next upgrade being an overhaul of my speakers from nht to def tech.
just out of curiosity, but have you heard the VT3 system compared to the def techs?

thanks!

I have the bp2000TL's...these speakers are truly amazing for both music and movies. I suspect that Def Tech and NHT will both have a different sonic signature. Definitely audition them both. Good luck!
