Not an authorized dealer...but I got the extended warranty for a mere 50 bucks for 3 yrs. Also, these guys offered the lowest for a 3802...I think even now..no one can beat their price for a brand new 3802 online. ...725$..shipping is cheap too. Highly recmmended...had no problems with shipping and delivery...smooth !

After negotiations (price matching) I got my AVR 2802 for 650 plus shipping from www.6ave.com, they are a great dealer. Got my receiver in 3 business days. Very nice people, I suggest them.

Thank you all, I went to a 6th Ave store in New Jersey and picked up the Denon avr3802 for $800 w/ no tax. I also picked up the complete Klipsch referance series speakers with the ksw-15 sub for $1650. The next big step is setting it up. Wish me luck......

Give earthstations.com a try for the Klipsch speakers. Chris will hook you up with a great price, shipping included and best of all they are an authorized dealer (verified by the Klipsch website, the storefront anyway). I got a Synergy set from there, the refrence are a little over my price range now. There were some delays with the delivery to them and hence to me, but Chris kept me posted throughout the whole affair (e-mails and even a few phone calls) and threw in a Monster subwoofer cable for my trouble.

Prices are not advertised, you have to request a e-quote, I guess this is how they get around the req by Klipsch and other manufacturers that dealers not advertise less than MSRP for their products. The price I ultimately bought for was lower than any other website I found (authorized or unauthorized).

Anyway, I was nothing less than pleased with their service, prices and products. Happy hunting.
