What I can't figure out is what to set the SB CH Auto Flag Detect to, and if I set it, what do I choose: matrix, non-matrix, or off? Some newer DVDs have a DTS-ES 6.1 format, and I don't want to interfere with that, I just want the pure signal. Then on the 5.1 DVDs, I'd like some kind of combination of the rear speakers in the SB channel. Can anyone help? If you speak Denonese, please provide some response. Thanks. |

Then, using your 5.1/6.1 button on the remote, you can toggle through the settings for the SB speaker of "Matrix, Non-Matrix and Off." Note that for DPL II you'll only get a choice of "Non-Matrix and Off," whereas you'll get the additional "Matrix" choice for DD 5.1 and DTS sources.
