Just went to Canada and got some Paradigms!RyanJM

For those of you who are thinking about buying some Paradigms, and live close to the border, it's worth it. Some people in other forums claimed to save 50% or so, but I think 30-40% is more realistic. At least, that's what I saved.

I got some new Titan v3's and a cc170 (im in college, can't get anything big/expensive) for less than what you'd pay on ebay for a used set here. They also had deals going on demo models of Monitor 5's and 7's. The 5's were about $350 US dollars, and the 7's were about $400. Here, you could buy a new pair of 3's for $400.

My titans ran me about $150, and the cc170 was about $150 as well. Tax free, of course ;)

Just wondered.
I have a friend who works for the Canadian Immigration Service who could answer my questions ... but I've been shy about asking him any questions starting with:
"What is the probability of me being caught if I ..."

I was wondering if you avoided paying taxes or duties by not mentioning the speakers when you crossed back into the US.
Or maybe you did pay some Cabadian taxes and later got a rebate?

I'm driving to Quebec City in late May and might buy some Triangle speakers if I found a good deal there.

Paradigms are 100% made in Canada and are therefore duty free to U.S. No hidden costs as long as under $1250 U.S./$2000cdn.
