Panasonic any good for DVD players ?DrBoom

I'm really in need of a good DVD player, but it's also going to be used for music listening (about 70% of the time).
I found this Panasonic RV32K, it goes for €259 around here.
I just want to make sure that i'm not buying something i will regret later because of some undocumented flaw or something (e.g. chroma bug in Sony's)
I really like this one since it can play mp3's, and both CD-R and CD-RW. Also has 192 KHz/24 bit DAC which is very nice.

If there are any other models (of any brand) that i should consider, please say so since I want to get the most out of my money ;-)

Thx

Especially at this price point. The panasonics don't have the chroma upsampling error and neither do the JVCs. Go ahead and try this one out, though I'm sure a standalone high quality CD player would probably handle music better but I've had no problems with my Panny Rp56 for CDs or movies.
