May 7, 2002 3:40 AM | | now ya know i've been makin' a bloody mess in the living room....the red walls...new bloody floor in...fire place cleaned up and all...pictures and stuff..so now ta fill the room...
I picked up a lil Energy Take 5 system to get me throught the year...and was plannin' ta get a 31"/32" any-bloody-brand thats on sale..until i could hook a bigger projection TV next year...
one of me brudda's lives up the road and is headin' back to the land of sun, fun, skin cancer and yankees...Florida.
so he asks me too help him move...AND if he could store a "few" things over me house!!!...oh shite...i'm trying ta clean up over here...and i can see it now..7 lawn mowers and water bed frames....old car hoods...and rusty tools!!..grrrrrrrrrrr but a friend is a friend..and who am I to turn one away...
"so what cha wanna move here Ronnie?"....
"well tom your the ONLY one I can trust.."

"ok.....you leavin' your girlfriend here?"....(thinks again....wonder if she like red?)

It that short moment I realize the depth at which our friendship had grown...like kinfolk...shipmates of sorts...through the sea of lfe...best buddies for "Tom".... (i shake me head) "ah....yea"
"well?" he persisted...
(i slowly put my arm around his shoulder) "Ron...i'm really goin' ta go out on a limb here...and ya know me wife hates TV...and me lil dog is 'fraid of loud noises...but we've been close, and gettin' closer but the day....even minute I dare say!...soooo"
"tom....answer the question"

"oh...and if its ok...i'll just leave my HK rack and jbl speakers is that ok also?"
"well....if you must...BTW how long will I be keep...i mean be watchin...i mean storing all this?"

thats the last t'ing I remembers...when i came too i was decidin' what side of the room this lil jem looks better from.....
I sure hope the dog make it through the next year.....or two ;)
