May 9, 2002 11:02 AM | | can't get dts to work... checked connections (monster coax digital in) and made sure toshiba sd1600 was set to bitstream...dolby digital 5.1 works fine...using dts capable dvd like gladiator...any ideas on what i'm doing wrong? |

May 9, 2002 11:07 AM | | I had a similar problem with my 2801, also using a SD-1600, Sometimes you actually have to use the DVD menu to select DTS. Just check and make sure everything is set right and sometimes it takes a minute or two for DTS to kick in. That happened the first time I ever used DTS, it took a few minutes to kick into DTS, but it never happened ever again.
