|  Pronto, HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! | pajr2179 Jan 7, 2003 7:53 PM | | Hi everyone,
Well, I just bought a Pronto Neo for Christmas and since no one from Philips answers my calls or writes back i wanted to try my freinds here. My configuration crashed so I tried to re-download the configuration file from my computer to the pronto. The first two times, after an hour the download finally went through. Now, I had to replace my batteries and it crashed again. I have one end hooked into the pronto and the serial cable in COM 2 of my computer. I set my connection in NeoEdit as COM 2. However, after hours of trying I still get the same annoying message, "Download failed please set up your connection." My universal remote has turned into a universal piece of junk. Anyone have the same problem? Please help.
